A Child’s Bath Time

In the tub with toys and bubbles,
Splashing water all around,
A child’s bath time is a time of joy,
As they wash away the dirt they’ve found.

With soap and scrub and gentle care,
Their skin becomes so clean and bright,
And all the while they play and sing,
With their toys for pure delight.

They make a splash and laugh out loud,
As they wash their hair and scrub their toes,
And when the water starts to drain,
They know it’s time to rinse and close.

Wrapped in a towel warm and snug,
They snuggle up for a goodnight hug,
And as they drift off into slumber deep,
They know they’re clean and ready for sleep.

So bath time may seem like a chore,
But for a child, it’s so much more,
A time of play and cleanliness,
And a chance to unwind and de-stress.
